Terms of Service - Neon HiLo: Solana Edge
Neon HiLo: Solana Edge is developed and owned by kinbidc.com, Taiwan, with Block Games Studio serving as the development brand. Please read carefully before using the Game.
1. Definitions and Scope
- "Player" refers to any individual using the Game.
- These Terms apply to Neon HiLo: Solana Edge and related services, including mobile and web versions.
2. Eligibility
- Players must meet local legal requirements and EEA age standards. Individuals under the legal age are prohibited.
3. Wallet and Account Responsibility
- Players are responsible for their Solana wallets; the platform does not store private keys or seed phrases.
- All on-chain transactions are irreversible, and players assume all risks.
4. Blockchain and Game Risk
- Blockchain transactions are irreversible. Network congestion may delay transactions. Smart contracts may carry risks. Asset values may fluctuate. Players assume all blockchain-related risks.
5. In-Game Currency and Energy
- Daily free energy: 500+300 = 800.
- Energy purchase via SOL: 0.01 SOL = 30 energy.
- Energy multiplier up to 20 rounds, no daily limit.
- Points can be redeemed for SOL: 100 points = 0.01 SOL, minimum 1000 energy required.
6. No Custody
- We do not hold wallets, tokens, or private keys. All assets remain under player control.
7. Prohibited Conduct
- No exploiting bugs, reverse engineering, using bots/automation, manipulating smart contracts, or engaging in unlawful activity. We reserve the right to restrict access.
8. Intellectual Property
- All game content and branding are owned by kinbidc.com; Block Games Studio is the development brand. Players are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the Game.
9. Suspension and Termination
- Access may be suspended or terminated if Terms are violated, required by law, or security risks are detected.
10. Governing Law
- Governed by the laws of Taiwan. Disputes resolved in Taiwan courts unless consumer law requires otherwise.
11. Severability
- If any provision is invalid, remaining provisions remain in effect.
12. Changes to Terms
- Terms may be updated periodically. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

1. 定義與範圍
- 玩家：指所有使用本遊戲的個人。
- 本條款適用於 Neon HiLo: Solana Edge 及相關服務，包括手機與網頁版本。
2. 使用資格
- 玩家必須符合當地法規及 EEA 年齡標準，未達法定年齡者不得使用本遊戲。
3. 錢包與帳戶責任
- 玩家需自行管理 Solana 錢包，平台不保存私鑰或助記詞。
- 所有鏈上交易不可逆，玩家自行承擔風險。
4. 區塊鏈與遊戲風險
- 區塊鏈交易不可逆，網路擁堵可能延遲交易，智能合約可能存在風險，資產價格可能波動，玩家自行承擔相關風險。
5. 遊戲貨幣與能量
- 每日免費能量：500+300 共 800。
- SOL 購買能量：0.01 SOL = 30 能量。
- 能量翻倍最高輪數 20 輪，無每日上限。
- 點數兌換回 SOL：100 點數 = 0.01 SOL，至少累積 1000 能量才能兌換。
6. 不托管
- 我方不保管玩家錢包、代幣或私鑰，所有資產仍在玩家控制。
7. 禁止行為
- 不可利用漏洞、不進行逆向工程、不使用自動化工具、不操控智能合約或從事非法行為。我方保留限制存取的權利。
8. 知識產權
- 本遊戲所有內容及品牌均為 kinbidc.com 所有，Block Games Studio 為開發品牌。玩家僅獲有限、不可轉讓使用權。
9. 暫停與終止
- 違反條款、法律要求或安全風險時，我方可暫停或終止玩家存取。
10. 法律管轄
- 受台灣法律管轄，爭議於台灣法院解決（除非消費者法另有規定）。
